I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in the greater Salt Lake City area. My role is to help you cultivate more joy in your life, whatever your individual circumstances may be. My aim is to guide you toward realizing your goals, and to help you recognize that those goals are for you alone to determine. My non-judgmental, collaborative approach focuses on creating a space where clients know they are supported and affirmed, no matter what they have to say. Above all, I emphasize a supportive environment for healing and cultivating self-compassion. I am committed to guiding my clients toward hope for the future, and helping them achieve wellness in the present.
